Our Story

We started with three straw bales
and one stubborn idea.

In 2022 we converted an old dairy shed into a climate-controlled growing room. No supermarkets. No packaging suppliers. Just beautiful mushrooms and the people who cook them.

Every order is picked in the morning, wrapped in unbleached paper, and driven to your door by someone whose name we know.
